UGANDA AND RWANDA – 15 DAYS SUPER SAFARI

On arrival at Kigali Airport, our safari guide will pick you and Transfer you for Dinner and overnight at Five to five hotel/ Kigali Heaven Boutique hotel (mid-range), Step Town motel (budget)

After morning breakfast, you will transfer to Akagera National park for an evening boat trip on Lake Ihema. Dinner and overnight at Akagera game lodge (Luxury and Mid-range), Akagera Transit lodge (budget)

Take morning breakfast and go for games drive, there chances of seeing several mammal species including Lions, Elephants, Giraffes, Hippos, Kobs, Zebras, Bushbucks, Waterbucks and most recently Black Rhinos have been introduces from South Africa, making Akagera national park officially a big 5park like it was many years ago. It is also home to numerous bird species in the several habitats which include woodland, swamps, lakes and Savannah.

In late evening you will return to Kigali for Dinner and overnight at Five to five hotel/ Kigali Heaven Boutique hotel (mid-range), Step Town motel (budget)

Morning after breakfast, you will visit Kigali genocide memorial then drive to Nyungwe forest. Dinner and overnight at One and only Nyungwe Hotel (luxury), Nyungwe hill Top view hotel (mid-range), Gisakura guests house (budget).

After breakfast you will go to RDB Offices for registration and briefing the go to the jungle to tracking golden monkeys which is 2-4 hours. After breakfast, you will drive to Uganda with a stopover at the twin Lake Ruhondo and Burera for a bota trip and sight-seeing then continue to Cyaninga and Cyanika borders to cross to Uganda and connect to Bwindi forest arriving in the evening for Diner and overnight at Kiho Lodge/ Buhoma lodge/ Bwindi lodge/ Gorilla Heights lodge/ Gorilla Safari lodge (Luxury), Rushaga gorilla camp/ Bakiga lodge/ Buhoma Haven lodge (mid-range), Buhoma community/ Bwindi view lodge/ Buhoma guest house/ Ruhija backpackers/ Rushaga gorilla camp -budget room (budget)

Early morning after breakfast, with packed lunch go to UWA’s offices in Bwindi forest for briefing and registration. At 9 am embark on your Gorilla trek that may last from 2- 6 hours depending on the location of the gorillas. You will return to the lodge for relaxation and Diner and overnight at Kiho Lodge/ Buhoma lodge/ Bwindi lodge/ Gorilla Heights lodge/ Gorilla Safari lodge (Luxury), Rushaga gorilla camp/ Bakiga lodge/ Buhoma Haven lodge (mid-range), Buhoma community/ Bwindi view lodge/ Buhoma guest house/ Ruhija backpackers/ Rushaga gorilla camp -budget room (budget)

Take early morning breakfast and drive to Ishasha sector to search for Tree climbing lion (there chances of seeing them). You will then drive to Queen Elizabeth national park for evening games drive. Dinner and overnight at Mweya Safari lodge (Luxury), Twin lake Safari lodge/ Ihamba Safari lodge (mid-range), Queen Elizabeth Bush camp /Mweya hostels (budget)

Early morning game drive after breakfast, you will drive at the laking ground where antelopes are big in numbers. There chances of seeing lions, leopards, elephants etc and the games drive is 2 hours, you will return to the lodge for lunch and relaxation. In the afternoon go for a 2-hour launch cruise along Kazinga channel where you will see breeding hippos, different species of birds, elephants, buffalos feeding on the banks. After breakfast in the morning, you will be transferred from Queen Elizabeth National park to Kibale National Park having en route lunch in Fort portal. You will arrive in Kibale forest park early evening for Diner and overnight at Ndali Lodge/ Primate lodge (luxury), Rubalika Lodge/ Chimpanzee Guest house/ Isunga lodge (mid-range), Kibale guest house/ Kibale forest camp (budget)

At 7:30 after your morning breakfast, you will assemble at UWA’s Headquarters for Kibale forest park for briefing and registration. You will then head to the jungle to search for the chimpanzees in the wild taking you 2 – 4 hours to complete the tracking exercise. You will return for Diner and overnight at Ndali Lodge/ Primate lodge (luxury), Rubalika lodge/ Chimpanzee Guest house/ Isunga lodge (mid-range), Kibale guest house/ Kibale forest camp (budget)

Begin the spectacular drive from Kibale forest to Murchison falls national park for an evening games drive if time permits. Dinner and overnight at Mweya Safari lodge (luxury), Pakuba lodge/ Bwana Tembo lodge (mid-range), Fort Murchison lodge Tents / Global village lodge/Murchison Tree house (budget)

Wake up early morning to have breakfast and at 6am, go for a morning games drive to catch up with early risers. There are chances of seeing cats like leopards, lions, Giraffes, Elephants, Antelopes, Buffalos etc. At noon go for lunch and return to the park for a 2-hour launch cruise on the Nile river then visit the Top of the falls. You will have a game drive as you return to the lodge for Dinner and overnight at Mweya Safari lodge (luxury), Pakuba lodge/ Bwana Tembo lodge (mid-range), Fort Murchison lodge Tents / Global village lodge/Murchison Tree house (budget)

Begin the spectacular drive to Ziwa Rhino sanctuary to track the Rhinos then drive to Entebbe Airport for your late flight departure or drop off at a venue of your choice.
